How many copies do I get with my subscription?
For every issue, you get one master copy (designed to be copier-friendly) so you can use it in as many ways as you like. Make a copy for every parish family, one for every teenager to take home, add a stack to your literature rack - it's up to you.
When will my issue be delivered?
We mail the English version of the newsletter by the 10th of each month -- three weeks weeks before the issue date. That is, we mail mail the June issue by the 10th of May. The Spanish version is mailed just a few days later. We send your issues by first-class mail to make sure you'll have your issue in plenty of time to make all the copies you need for the month ahead.
Can I get my issues earlier or faster?
Five to ten days before you receive the print version, you can download your personalized issue from our website. Logging into the Subscriber Section is easy. We send you an e-mail to let you know the issue is available and we remind you of your password each month. Plus, you can get e-mail delivery of your issue in .pdf format, too. Both methods are free and fast. Just call 800-366-3114 or e-mail email@example.com to sign up. There is even a Microsoft Word version that lets you cut and paste any content you like into your church bulletin or other parish publications. Of course you always get your hard copy too.
How can I be sure that the material is orthodox and faithful to Catholic teaching?
All the material we publish has at least three sources of background material; "Lessons From Scripture" has six. Our sources range from magazine articles and books to news feeds. And every one carries the offcial imprimatur of the Catholic church. As a final check, we use the second edition of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Everything we publish is reliable, orthodox and authoritative. You can count on it.
What about controversial topics, or commentary on Church policies and practices?
Our mission is to help Catholics live their faith more fully. You'll never see opinions, comments on policies, or controversial topics. Just practical real-world ideas lay Catholics can use to live their faith more fully every day.
